- Maximum trip length - 60 days (days over 31 subject to surcharge)
- Pre-existing condition waiver upgrade offered only if trip deposit date = or < 14 days from plan purchase date (Not applicable in NH, pre-ex waiver automatically included)
- Pre-Existing Waiver Choice:
- 14 days from initial trip deposit: AK, CW, FL, IL, MI, MN, NH, & OR
- 21 days from initial trip deposit date: CT, IN, KS, MO, MT, NY, WA, VT
- Pre-Existing Waiver Look-Back:
- 30 days: FL, ID
- 90 days: CT, IN, MN
- 180 days: AK, CW, KS, IL, KS, MI, MT, NH, NY, OR, VT, WA
- For lead times, non-CFAR it’s Max 18 months – Min 1 day.
- For lead time, 15 days minimum for any program/policy with the CFAR upgrade.
